I loved my treatment, I was treated a special guest, welcomed with the warmest of hellos.
During the treatment I was asked "is the pressure okay and what are the problem areas?" Some masseuse don't really ask that question nor interact with the client, and that's what I loved about it. I was then offered a beverage due to waiting for my husband. Love every moment.
I was disappointed with this booking for a couple of reasons. I booked on my phone as normal using the Treatwell app. I set my booking, selected the time and selected the therapist that I wanted (as I'd had her before and was very happy with her massage). I paid for my booking and was set to arrive at the time booked. I received a call saying that my booking wasn't available because they were double booked, and asked me to change it. So I agreed to change the time, which was inconvenient. And when I arrived, I didn't get the therapist that I had specifically booked.
If you are going to allow people to book via Treatwell, then please make sure that your own systems and processes are kept up to date properly so that this doesn't happen, as it is quite inconvenient for customers.
I've had a massage here before which was really very good, this massage (a different therapist) was inferior. This is why I had selected to book my massage with Tali. Please sort out your systems so that double bookings don't happen, and that if people book a certain therapist that you honour that. That said, I would still recommend this place and would return.
