When I arrived I was welcomed immediately and shown to the toilets as I had a few minutes before my treatment. I passed my beautician on the way up the stairs (unknowingly) and she was friendly and said hello. The toilet and salon were immaculately clean. I then went back downstairs for my treatment, met the beautician (Tally) I had encountered on the stairs and she was as friendly as she had been on the stairs. We chatted constantly and she advised me on a colour (which I love!)
