Voucher stated robes and towels would be provided but when we arrived we were asked if we had brought them! When we pointed out what was stated on voucher we were told that when we rang to book we should have been told! We also asked to book for 2 facials but were advised that there was only one therapist in and she was not qualified to do them!
All in all very disappointing experience :(
Went their for a birthday celebration 9of us in total all had a wonderful time and will defo be returning
Lovely staff, large steam rooms and huge sauna. Had a great message and enjoyed the relaxation room! Have been twice already thanks to the great offer!
Bought a spa for 2 experience for my mums Christmas present and we went at the end of Feb. The staff we extremely friendly and sorted us out with lunch and drinks (very reasonably priced) and showed us the spa facilities. The spa itself was lovely, very clean and we especially loved the themed rainforest shower! The relaxation room is great for a break from the heat in the spa and the orange slices and juice were a lovely touch. We both had a massage which was amazing and after had a nails done before leaving for home. Would definitely go back again. Only issue was that one of the foot spas was not working and there was also only one massage chair as the other was away for repair but overall this did not dull our experience here and we would recommend.
Afon spa facilities are good value for money with easy free parking. The spa was not over full and each sauna and spa had different aromas and experiences
