Lovely day relaxing and celebrating my birthday the staff were friendly and helpful
Lovely relaxing experience, professional lovely staff with excellent customer service skills. The only downfall this time was that I felt a few bits under my feet in the jacuzzi! Also the oils needed topping up a few of the rooms you couldn't really smell them compared to other times I've visited. I will definitely be going again though as this is a lovely venue and good value.
