The whole experience from the moment we arrived was just wonderful. The staff on arrival were most welcoming, cheerful and smiling. Everything that was going to happen was explained very clear-fully. The spa facilities we were shown around with explanations on how to use everything were excellent. My massage was the best I have ever experienced. I came away truly pampered and completely relaxed. It was truly a day that I would and have highly recommended most highly.
I was very happy with the service, staff and how clean the premises were , I would recommend this to all.
Excellent experience on our first and second visit. Great staff. Clean. Bargain 2 for 1 on lastminute.com. On both occasions something hasn't been working though Ice Fountain first time and Aroma Ateam second time. But over all a great experience. Definitely recommend :)
Lovely place friendly staff treatments are very relaxing. I had the rest and restore package full body massage and facial were amazing and excellent value.
we were very happy with our whole experience and would recommend this to all, the staff were fantastic and would be happy to attend again.
