Staff is nice, service is great, place is tidy. However the haircut looks bad, it’s been 2 months and my hair still hasn’t grown back to its original look. Honestly it’s much worse than I expected, especially the poor work on my bangs/fringes. I guess the language barrier makes it harder.

This review is ONLY for Bella: Left me in wet hair to cut someone else’s hair, saying I was “too early” when I wasn’t. She rolls her eyes, shrugs and makes nasty comments. Why she’s in a service role is beyond my belief. Luckily Marcello saved me.
