My hair dresser only took about 2 minutes to cut my hair. I asked for a trim and she cut off atleast 2 inches. My hair was just below my shoulders, so I now have A short bob hair cut. I was very disappointed as my hair takes a very long time to grow. Therefore I am stuck with a bad hair cut for a long time. I wouldn’t recommend at all

I had a great experience, Paulo was very welcoming and did a wonderful job of listening to how I wanted my hair cut and then doing exactly as I said! Very happy with the experience
