I booked a Brazilian blow dry and trekked to the salon in the pouring rain, excited to have it done before a holiday. They sat me down in the chair, shuffled around for a while, then came and told me that they had none of the required product in stock so couldn’t give me the treatment. Really annoying and disappointing - I would expect a salon to keep better track of the products they need and to contact customers in advance if they can’t fulfil an appointment. They offered me an alternative conditioning treatment but it sounded like a poor alternative
