Even though you book, it doesn’t matter, you’re treated as a walk in. Therefore the waiting time is very long because of other people that are already taken care of when you arrive. For me, I had to wait for 30 minutes. The gentleman that cut my hair wasn’t the one that I picked when booking. He didn’t really understand English and didn’t know what I wanted to have that day. The haircut was decent, but the service was appalling.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Completely ignored by any staff working there. Stated I had an appointment to which they said he was not in today but to wait around for him. They did not attempt to get in contact with the hairdresser. I waited half an hour then proceeded to book into another salon. This salon should not be on Treatwell as they are unable to recognise treatwell bookings as real bookings and have no regard for the customer. I would not book here again.

The treatment itself I would give 3 stars, but the customer service was appalling.
Several foils had smudged, leaving me with a lot of horizontal stripes around my parting. I made an appointment to correct this. When I showed up, staff had no idea I was coming, and nobody who could speak English was there. Another customer ended up translating for me (to the hairdresser who had botched my hair in the first place), and I was rudely dismissed. Do not waste your time and money.
