I left this salon at the start of May with my scalp very sore. The hairdresser was extremely rough, and seemed more consumed with getting my hair done quickly rather than making my experience comfortable. My hair was washed with freezing cold water. I left with my hair much darker than I wanted it to be, and the colour was flat and lacked dimension. I was not asked how I wanted my hair finished, and so the hairdresser just curled it, which looked okay from the back (they videoed parts of it without my consent - the hairdresser didn't speak English and I didn't feel comfortable speaking up) but awful from the front. The too-dark colour is going to be an expensive fix.
