Friendly staff but sadly they did a terrible job of my balayage, which they agreed to fix free of charge. It now looks better than before but still not properly blended and still not what I asked for in the first place.
They let me walk out with damp hair, didn't offer to show me the results with a mirror from behind (I had to ask), and the guy who did the "fix" didn't even come to see how it turned out. A very strange experience.

I had booked a balayage to be done by Adrian (Director). My hair is extremely thick and can take double the time for any treatment however Adrian spent a lot of time and effort in doing my hair, as expected with colour sometimes it’s hard to predict what the end result may be and as such I had to contact the salon again and with some urgency as I was due to fly out, Adrian and his team accommodated my request immediately and he perfected my colour. Really happy with the results, staff are so friendly and hospitable you are made to feel like you’re in their home! Very clean and only a short distance from Elephant & Castle station. Would definitely recommend!
