My hair looks exactly as I wanted it, very natural blonde full head balayage. Lovely staff, very happy with the outcome!!

The venue is much smaller and basic than it seems in photos. They also don't have Climazones in the salon which is such a letdown. Overall its not a great experience and I regret spending £150 in there!

Great haircut and blow dry, but I was not impressed with the balayage. It looked ok at the first glance, but when I got home I discovered random spots of really dark colour several places in my hair. It kind of looks like someone someone accidentally dropped chunks of hair colour and forgot to wipe it off...

First time in this venue - straight on my personal list of 3 top hair cuts I had in London.
The hair dresser listened to what I asked for, paid a lot of attention to details and made a wonderful job overall. On top, I got a head massage as well for less than 20 quid. What more can you ask?
