Friendly staff but sadly they did a terrible job of my balayage, which they agreed to fix free of charge. It now looks better than before but still not properly blended and still not what I asked for in the first place.
They let me walk out with damp hair, didn't offer to show me the results with a mirror from behind (I had to ask), and the guy who did the "fix" didn't even come to see how it turned out. A very strange experience.
