During my back facial appointment, Aga conducted an initial examination and wisely decided not to proceed due to the extensive size of the affected area. She recommended a primary medical evaluation to rule out any underlying health concerns and establish the correct course of treatment. I am currently organizing a medical consultation. I appreciate that Aga handled this professionally, refunding the treatment cost minus a basic consultation fee. I found Aga to be kind & caring in her approach.
