Unprofessional staff, I booked an appointment 1 week ago and the lady didn’t show off and no one couldn’t tell me or give me any explanation.

I had to wait 1 hour after my appointment time as they had double booked. My wax was rubbish, still loads of hairs. Not impressed and wouldn’t go back
