Very uncomfortable experience sadly. Hairdresser didn’t speak English, they didn’t have hair towels for the hair cut so I got soaked during hair wash, the booking hadn’t gone through as they had moved addresses and said they had some issues which was awkward. They squeezed me in, so the poor hairdresser didn’t get a break, and later said this had been a problem. I wasn’t planning to make a fuss of any of this, but having checked I could pay by Treatwell at the time and doing so, I later was phoned and asked to pay again and when I refused to pay twice, wasn’t treated as respectfully as I would expect at all and was left feeling very awkward. Very strange indeed, great location but won’t be recommending sadly. Not sure why they would have chosen to make it such a negative experience.
