The staff were so nice and welcoming, but an hour before my appointment it was pushed back an hour, which was inconvenient.

Hairdresser was professional and friendly. They were attentive, providing tea and a biscuit while having hair done. Hair cut was good, got exactly what I asked for. Already recommended to a friend.
