Turned up for my 1:30pm appointment but was told to come back at 3pm as my stylist was busy/ double booked, which was really annoying. Travelled home & travelled back again for 3pm, to find out that the previous client didn’t actually turn up, so they could have fitted me in for my original booking (even more annoying as if they had called me I would have come back earlier). I asked for a free treatment for the inconvenience and hassle, but the manager wouldn’t give me anything and instead blamed it on the Treatwell app, but it showed that he stylist was available for all time slots.
Hair cut itself was good - although some conditioner has been left in my hair, so it looks a little greasy & will need a re-wash. Overall mediocre experience, won’t be returning.

Lovely salon, really kind staff, great value for the area and a Saturday! The only thing I’d say is that the colour could have been toned/lightened slightly more evenly as I’ve noticed some more golden areas, but overall a good experience.

Incredibly friendly and warm welcome to the salon. I felt relaxed from beginning to end. Both staff were very professional and when cutting and styling my hair, the stylist made sure that she was doing what I wanted. I left feeling very glamorous to the point I couldn't stop swooshing my new blow dried wavy hair from side to side. Would definitely go again.
