Maria was great, very friendly and made sure I was perfectly happy with everything before she carried it out so there was no regrets with my new hair. Great value for money. Will definitely be back

The girl who cut my hair was lovely, very sweet. However, she wasn’t very confident and kept asking me questions such as whether the layers needed to be more blended. I really rely on hairdressers having the knowledge to answer these questions themselves... surely she should be advising me, not the other way round.
Also, the place itself wasn’t great. E.g when washing my hair, the water pivoted between being boiling hot or freezing cold and the towels smelt of damp.

Good service but blow dry could have been better.

They did a good job on the haircut but the blow dry wasn’t very good and they didn’t take much time to wash and condition the hair, no head massage, all felt very rushed even though I was the only customer
