Very happy with my full head of highlights. The stylist was very generous with the number of foils she used, ensuring there was no regrowth whatsoever left.

The experience of the treatment itself (with the Junior Stylist) was great, amazing service, such a professional girl! And lovely chat with her! However, the result of the colour, isn't exactly as light as i'd hoped considering it was a 'full head of highlights' the offered resolution, to this, was to have a toner treatment. Which I had to actually pay a extra £15 for if I wanted... so sadly I have left the salon not entirely happy with the highlights treatment. The colour isn't exactly horrific! I just feel the over all result could be a lot more evident, as the highlights don't seem to touch throughout the head as, what would be considered, a 'full head' treatment. When addressing my concern, also, the owner of the salon did make me feel slightly uncomfortable in saying that I must understand they've done 'the treatment asked for' and losing her temper quickly. I've been to salons before where the stylist, especially the owner, makes sure to accommodate whatever their client is asking for, or even has paid for. I feel the result could look better if the owner would have done the toner but I wasn't going to pay extra money for a treatment that should have been 100% for the expense of the money paid for initially!
