Unfortunately, I wasn`t entirely happy with this salon. I felt like I was treated unprofessionally just because I was 10 mins late. The 2 other customers had theirs drinks in front of them, I wasn`t offered anything, not even a glass of water. They were quite pushy to offer toner at the end, about which other customer complained, as they charged her extra for it.

Really friendly staff- they were running a bit late and my appointment time was changed the day before to an hour earlier- a shame as I was kept waiting for 20 minutes. Haircut was great- did what I asked and colour was also spot on
I had booked an appointment with Aglaea Hair and Beauty for a haircut and a blow dry. Very happy with the result and the stylist was lovely. However, upon leaving the salon manager asked me to pay a long hair surcharge of £10. I had already paid online and was surprised that I had not been presented with this surcharge before the service was given or simply as a booking option on Treatwell which would have been the normal procedure. Will not come back.
