The customer experience in this salon is perhaps the best you can get in London! They are very attentive and remember to ask you whether you would like a drink, which is always a plus. I have had my haircut done by a junior stylist and while it was very nice, unfortunately my hair was slightly uneven on both sides of the face. I have contacted the salon and without any problems they booked me in to rectify the issue. They are a great team of people who by they behaviour and attentiveness make the experience even more enjoyable. Hats off to the manager! Overall, even though I had to return to the salon to fix my hair, I will come back there again, as I enjoyed their spirit and overall enjoyment of what they do. I read the info on Treatwell before I booked, that the junior stylist is learning her profession, so I did not mind coming back to get my hair fixed. In sum, a very good experience and I plan to go back there in future.
Not very happy- the stylist blow dried my hair curly in the front and straight in the back. All very odd. Will not be returning.
