very pleased with the service and the haircut. Albena is a great girl, she was guiding me through the haircut and listened carefully to what I wanted. Very clean place too!
I got highlights and a cut here and was disappointed. The highlights were much much lighter than I'd asked for and were done a bit strangely - the foils were put in and rinsed out in sections, and then a toner applied to all my hair (I've never had it like that before, and waiting with wet sections of hair isn't ideal!). I was also charged £10 extra for toner (with no warning) which was really disappointing as I'd have expected that to have been included/not needed. The cut was okay and the service was fine but it took much longer than I and the stylist had anticipated. I don't think I'll be going back.

Great little salon, friendly staff and good service - I was seen immediately and offered drinks etc. Was pleased with the haircut so for the price you really couldn't ask for much more!
Great salon, very attentive staff, great haircut! Conveniently located just minutes from Clapham Junction station. I will definitely be going back.
£25 cut and blow dry. Very friend staff and nice personal touches such as tea and biscuits. When the stylist was running late received a text to let me know if advance.
Highly recommended if you get a deal.
