These ladies are so experienced, caring, gentle and professional. I feel like they genuinely want to help me get the best possible lash experience. Specifically I had just had an eye infection - not because of the lashes - and obviously wanted to proceed with caution. They brainstormed everything possible to ensure that I had the most comfortable experienced from taking extra time for gentle application to suggesting the right cleaning product for my lashes. Best lashes in London!
