Relatively happy with the colour and the cut, just found the experience itself a bit off. It felt like they had forgotten I was booked in. It took 25 minutes for my appointment to actually start, despite the stylist being free and not doing anything else. They also hadn't realised I had paid for a cut and went to start rough drying my hair after the wash, I had to step in and mention it.

tried to charge me extra! £4 on treatwell, they tried to charge £5 plus 50p credit card fee. treatment was OK though.
