Our first spa visit was truly wonderful on September 3 2025. The therapists were warm and friendly, and the spa itself was spotless, with a calming ambience that immediately put us at ease. Every detail—from the cosy, well-appointed treatment rooms to the personalised care—made the experience feel luxurious and deeply relaxing. The only hiccup was the booking process: the online system couldn’t handle four people at once, so we had to call to request the payment link, and the confirmation email lacked essential details. Despite this, the exceptional service made the experience unforgettable.
