Parking was my main issue as the parking is not clear on the map and I ended up running a few mins late and parked on the road. The masseuse was great but was suffering a bit from a cold. Rather rest than work!

First visit to this spa, and it was nearly impossible to find. There were no signs, and staff at Roseate weren’t immediately available to help. After wandering to the third floor with no spa in sight, a cleaner directed me to exit the hotel and go to another building, which was incorrect. Late for my appointment, I returned, and reception reluctantly guided me. The massage was relaxing, but the head massage lasted only 5 minutes, and the oils caused an allergic reaction. I won’t be returning.

Definitely not as good as the previous facial. Part of it was a hard masque I think was left on too long it and was painful went it was removed catching my eyebrows and hair at the side.
