I am disappointed with my recent experience booking an eyebrow threading appointment through your platform. When I arrived at the salon, I was told no one was available to do the eyebrows threading and asked to leave. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. Why are appointments being accepted if they can’t be fulfilled? I kindly request a refund and hope this issue is addressed to prevent future inconvenience.

I booked and Paid for an appointment at 6pm. Once arrived, it was closed, they are not answering to my emails, and not a answering to phone calls. Nothing heard from them concerning the refund!
