Professional enough, hair was neat and tidy. Ends were not evenly sized braids. I had to ask several times for her to leave hair out near my sides, explaining my sides were sensitive and that I did not want to stress them. Was frustrating that she would not listen and I had to keep telling her. If I'm paying and it's my hair, why does it matter to her. Braids were too tight in the end and had to take them out within 9hrs

Was trying to call Prior to the appointment but no response. Turned up and the lady who was supposed to do my lashes wasn’t in.

Had a little wait before being seen, but this was fine as I wasn’t in a rush! I think a staff member was ill, so only had two people in which put pressure on them with customers. Even though the girls were up against it my treatment was great and not rushed at all, which I really rated!
Love my lashes and advice given, and the threading was pain free!
