My appointment was from 4pm till 6.30pm. However trying to get a place to park my car and finding the place meant that I got to the salon at 4.13pm for which I profusely apologise.
The stylist who started my hair left me seated to attend to 3 different customers who met me there which meant that I couldn’t leave the salon till about 8.10pm at night. The hair they made for me was good however the customer service was pretty poor and I have made up my mind never to visit the salon again!

Unfortunately will not be coming here again, the woman that did my hair left me in terrible pain for days . She was very rough and did my sew in unbearably tight that even a week after, I noticed two wounds on my scalp from where the sew in had been threaded too tight. The hair overall is nice but the application was too painful. Now I am contemplating taking the hair out as too much pain and is really a waste of money
