Made an appointment for 9.30, only to arrive and find the salon was closed. Waited for 30 mins, no answer to calls or messages. Luckily didn't pay online but did book a morning off work which was wasted, so not very happy!

No greetings at all when arrived. Hair was done really nice. Got a few compliments when I left the shop by passers which was nice nice, but it is ridiculously tight. It hurts. A lot!!

Turned up on time for my appointment and the salon was closed. Waited 30 mins and the salon was still closed. Called with no success. Rather disappointed. Wasted my time as I could have gone elsewhere.
