I had to reschedule my patch test appointment a couple of times and Ashleigh was always really accommodating and friendly. On the day, she did her best to make me feel relaxed and talked me through the process and set my expectations. She wore all the necessary PPE and followed best practice guidelines to the letter. It was a particularly hot day and the windowless treatment room was quite stuffy, but she had a fan in there and did her best to make me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend
