The first treatment with Holly went very well, but when I arrived at the specified time and date for the second treatment, I was told Holly was not well. I had not been informed of this change and had travelled from Hove to attend a non-existent appointment. I had also paid in advance for three treatments, and when I asked for my money back, I was told to return another time as it was not possible to return it to me until Holly located the details of the payment. Not good enough.
