The hairdresser was either freshly qualified or an apprentice. She had no confidence in what she was doing. Things she was suggesting were completely inadequate to my hair. I didn't know she was that fresh at the beginning so when she suggested a type of haircut I hadn't had before I agreed as I trust hairdressers in general. She did not show me the back in the mirror so I had no idea what she had done there. I had to ask myself when she said it's all done if I could actually see the back of my head. When it was already dry it did not look that bad but a couple of days later I went to a different salon to have it fixed. I would have complained at the salon if I had more chance to see what was being done. I have to admit thought that the owner is extremely nice and attentive! I won't be back as I've just found a much much better place thanks to the fixing appointment but I am 100% sure that if you book an appointment with the owner you will be completely satisfied!

Best place I have ever been for waxing. The place is so cosy, the waxing is perfect and Anisah is the best !

I can not recommend this establishment enough the staff are so welcoming and the ambiance/space is so calm & inviting The treatments themselves were some of the best I’ve experienced & I have had a lot of facials & massages over the years The bespoke facial & massages especially were excellent

I was running a little late so phoned and recieved a very friendly response.
The massage was very good. I've had a few in the past and know what i like. There was good attention to detail and very good technique.
All in all a very pleasant experience and i have already booked another.
