She didn’t complete and said it was 45 min but finish in 15 min . First session and I waited 30 min and no apologies and she change the time on the spot without informing and not done face cleaning all brown left out on my nose and jaw line ..but I inform manager she apologies and said she will call me back but still waiting for call before my next session ..
