I turned up at the Salon and it was closed with no one in sight or on site!! This was after tbe appointment was confirmed via text and email. I rang the telephone number but it went to voice mail. I left a message. I did not get a call or text or any communication whatsoever. I left 20 minutes later after waiting outside the 'closed' Salon.
Totally unreliable and utterly unprofessional.
