Therapist made the room comfortable and had good facial massage technique, but the products used were a bit sloppy and ran down neck and eyes. Wasn't given any privacy to get dressed and sort hair out which was a bit wet at the front and felt I left looking a bit of a wreck. Not sure what products were used but I know one was definitely from Lidl. The staff were all friendly. Confusing place as name outside is a nail bar.
