The staff was really lovely and attentive, and the pedicure generally fine - it did chip within hours though which was annoying. The main disappointment here is that the seating wasn’t a professional pedicure chair or foot bath, which was pretty uncomfortable and awkward to sit in. If it weren’t for that I’d definitely return

I paid £30 for HD Brows (45 minute appointment) however this was not HD Brows at all. I have had this treatment in other places where it was done properly and I booked here based on the good reviews. Having recently moved to the area I was looking to find a new salon to go to however I won’t be going back. My brows were tinted, threaded and then filled in with a brow pencil. From my past experience, HD Brows means removing the makeup that is currently on, discussing the preferred shape and tint, tinting, measuring the arches with a brow pencil, waxing, threading, applying healing balm then using makeup if requested. I had to wait for 10 mins before anyone greeted me and then the whole treatment took 20 minutes. The lady doing it was perfectly nice and I am not unhappy with the shape, however I prefer my brows to be more defined hence why I opt for HD Brows treatments. Unfortunately won’t be returning for this treatment and I wouldn’t recommend.
