Lovely massage- when it started- think that was more a system error than anything. Booked for 5.30, told it was booked for 5.45 and massage started at 6. Not the best if I was in a rush to get somewhere after. But massage was nice. Wouldve prefered to have longer on my back which I said was a problem area.

They didn't have the correct appointment time & it started 45 minutes after I had booked.
The massage itself was very good. But the bed was really uncomfortable. They needed to put more towels around my forehead as I was getting a headache.
