having never had HD brows before I wasn't sure what to expect, however the therapist talked through the most appropriate method for my brows. She was very nice and professional and I love my new shape! My only issue is the colour she used... being ginger I was hoping to keep a bronze colour to my brows but the colour is more like dark brown which doesn't really match my hair colour. Not sure if I'll return
