Arrived to find that one assistant was wearing a mask under her nose and the other assistant wasn't wearing a mask at all. I spent 15 minutes of my facial time filling in forms. I was asked would Ilike a dermabrasion and I declined. I asked was it part of my hour and 15 minute facial, and was told no, it was extra. My facial ended after just 40 minutes at the cost of £39. Not impressed, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. Amelia was chatty but couldn't tell me much about the products.
