Rather horrendous experience. I had bikini hot wax treatment on 23rd July and I can only describe this as the most painful experience I've ever had. At one point I had to physically stop the girl from tugging at the wax as she would not listen to me when I asked her to stop as the wax hadn't dried. Her response was that "it was only the first bit that hadn't dried" and proceeded to continue tugging at the sticky wax which kept breaking off (7 pulls for one small area of wax). Nice receptionist
