Amanda was very warm, friendly and chatty. The heated blanket on the treatment bed was a nice touch and very comfortable. Unfortunately the treatments didn’t turn out quite how I expected. I like the colour of my brow tint, however, I am not so keen on the brow shape. I was expecting a little tidy up, however they have been given a completely new shape and my eyebrows are now quite thin which I do not like, as I prefer a more natural look. I think this was probably a miscommunication between us, and in the future I would probably show Amanda a photo or try and be more clear with my wishes, as she did appear to be very accommodating. I also had a lash lift which unfortunately has not worked and has left my eyes feeling quite irritated, which is a shame as Amanda had clearly put a lot of work into the treatment. Maybe my lashes were incompatible with the solution that was used.

The most painless wax I’ve ever had. Amanda was so lovely. Made me feel super relaxed. She takes great care, her attention to detail is incredible. Her equipment and sanitation is also on point. I’ll definitely be back
