Unfortunately this was the worst eyebrow treatment I have had in 15 years +. Although Alex took time on the treatment, the skin under one of my eyebrows became painful and sore. This wasn't normal redness - it looks like a layer of skin has been torn off and the skin is visibly marked.
Thank you to the salon for calling the next day to offer another treatment as compensation. Not sure whether the therapist knew something had gone wrong prompting the call?
Unfortunately I won't be returning.
