Crystal was great and very welcoming for my first treatment at Akala. I had a lash lift but no tint due to allergies. She was very mindful of that and made me feel at ease. I have short lashes due to mascara overuse and she did a super job with what she had to work with! Will definitely be returning again :)

Awful leg wax. Whole sections of my leg were not waxed. (About half of the top thigh not done) Shellac nail polish was patchy (it needed another coat). What a waste of money. Will need to go somewhere else to get my wax finished off.
Friendly staff but quality of treatment extremely poor.
