Fatima, Shereen and (The lovely lady who did my roots (apologies I forgot her name) are amazing, professional, caring, friendly and polite.
The only thing I would say is that it is disappointing that there is no loyalty or points system for returning customers. I have moved from my saloon to Al Amira and have referred many friends as well. I come at least once in 4 weeks.
It would be nice to have something where returning customers get some incentive to give you the regular business.
