Absolutely fantastic in all aspects . The facial was done with extraordinary care and attention, nothing was missed out and it truly was a magical experience !! The salon is beautiful and ambience is just like being pampered in a palace like a princess! The pricing is very reasonable too and I will be returning bi monthly for facials as I would not go any where else again after this experience!!

the stylist was friendly, but then was told only a brief blow dry was included with the voucher, if i wanted a full blowdry, it would cost £10 extra, also cut was more lower then the agreed shoulder length.
