This is a hard review for me to write as I never like to leave bad reviews so I left it for a while but now everyday that I look at my hair in the mirror i hate it even more, and realised that if a review like this was here I would have never gone to this salon so I just told myself to do it.
On arrival I was welcomed by the manager who was very polite and friendly (hence why I rated the staff 3 stars) i had to wait longer than normal for a seat to be free for me, then they put a natural mask on for me (which I paid for) the mask felt very dry and it didn’t even make my hair softer as my normal conditioner does. Then I had to wait again for my hair dresser to become free (who was dying someone else’s hair) finally she comes to cut my hair she asked me how do I like it to be cut i said longer at the back and maybe gradually shorter in the front, she then start to search for a scissor and got it from someone who was cutting another person hairs with it (didn’t even look like a professional one) and cut a straight line on the back and a 20 cm shorter line in the front of my hair. No technique was used, my hair has obvious cut marks and it’s not gradual AT ALL. The whole cut took almost 10-15 minutes and she was so rushed to get back to the other lady she was keep telling her to wait and had all her attention on her, she then handed me to a lady called Shirin who styled my hair who was very professional and lovely (which I also paid extra for even though my appointment had blow dry included in the session).
I have to say my hair could not be done any worse, I have to find a hairdresser to fix it (which I feel like I can’t trust any salon on TW for that anymore) so I reached to TW to get my money back, the salon only gave half of the money I paid through TW for ( and obviously not what I paid extra in cash) and invited me for another haircut. Now would you go back to a salon that already cut half of your hair in the worst hair style for another cut? I’ll leave that up to you
