For the quality of the cut and colour, I'd give 5 stars. The stylists knew their stuff and first time round created the look I was after- a layered balayage with gold and red notes (less garish than it sounds, honest!)
For the poor pricing practices, I'd give 1 star. I booked on Treatwell at a price of £59. This booking stated it was non-cancellable and non-refundable. I had my haircut and as I was due to leave they produced a receipt showing that I owed a further £20, which no-one had ever spoken to me about. It turns out that you can see this "long hair surcharge" only AFTER you have confirmed the booking on the app, and only then is it mentioned in the small print if you click a button "booking restrictions." I felt completely put on the spot. I knew I didn't have to pay legally (if you're charging someone an extra, that has to be written down somewhere before the contract is completed!) but I paid so as to not make a scene. But I really wasn't impressed and it spoiled my otherwise very positive impression, particularly as the staff were very unapologetic and kept blaming Treatwell's processes.
Had my highlights done this morning by Lauren, my hair looks amazing the colour looks great! Very fast at highlighting too! Will be returning thank you! X
