Alex was lovely, listened to what I wanted and was careful to recommend what wouldn't damage my hair further. Gave me good advice for achieving what I want eventually and was efficient so I got out on time for my next appointment! My hair isn't exactly how I want it to look yet but that would have been impossible and I know where to go from now. I'll definitely be back.

I had a great hair stylist. She was professional, I was happy with the cut and colour. However, when I was leaving two young staff members were giggling and obviously talking about me which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Staff were a tad unprofessional at times chatting to each other about personal things but then again it was quiet? Apart from that lovely haircut and nice venue.
